Judd Trump resumes the defence of his Championship League crown as the Winners' Group gets underway on Wednesday, while John Higgins and Barry Hawkins are also in action at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
After 25 players battled it out over seven groups and two months, just seven remain going into the final leg of the internet-streamed event with Anthony McGill, Ryan Day, David Gilbert and Mark Davis completing the line-up.
Trump, who was crowned the winner 12 months ago after beating Ronnie O'Sullivan 3-2 in the final, began his quest for a fourth title in style in group six last week.
'The Ace' entered the fray in group six and won all six of his round-robin matches, before coming out on top in the Play-Offs to advance to the Winners' Group.
That made it 14 wins from his last 15 encounters in professional competition, and he will be keen to build on that here.
Meanwhile, group seven winner Higgins is looking to pick up from where he left off on Tuesday, having overcome Mark Selby in the final to take the last remaining spot.
The four-time World champion regained some momentum after winning just one of his four matches in 2017 prior to the start of this week.

World Grand Prix winner Hawkins, who advanced from group four, will be out to continue his good form, as will the recently crowned Shoot-Out victor McGill, who won group two.
Elsewhere, world number 18 Ryan Day, the group six winner, will want to build some momentum with time running out in his quest to break into the top 16 ahead of the Crucible.
That is also the case for world number 20 and group one victor Gilbert, who is aiming to quickly overcome the disappointment at his unjust exit from the Shoot-Out, where an unnoticed time foul by Xiao Guodong due to the raucous crowd resulted in his narrow quarter-final defeat.
Group three winner Davis, who made a 147 to secure victory over Neil Robertson in the final, completes the field and is looking to go the extra step this time around having finished as runner-up to Stuart Bingham two years ago.
The opening day of play in the Winners' Group gets underway at 11am GMT on Wednesday, with all seven players looking to steal an early march in the race for glory.
All matches will be contested over the best of five frames at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, with one point awarded for a win and £200 per frame.
