Neil Robertson ended Mark Selby’s 18-match unbeaten run in the International Championship with a thrilling 6-4 victory to reach the Semi-Finals in Daqing, while Jack Lisowski, Mark Allen and Matthew Stevens also progressed.

Selby was bidding to claim a third consecutive crown in the lucrative world ranking event but saw his quest ended by the 2010 World Champion in a high quality contest which featured four centuries.

Selby set the tone for an epic with a tremendous break of 137 in the first frame, and after levelling up, Robertson fired in a brilliant 135 to move 2-1 ahead.

Selby hit back with a break of 83 to restore parity before taking frame five by 76 points to nil and following up with a magnificent 133 clearance to make it three frames in a row.

Robertson stopped the rot in frame seven before compiling a superb 113 clearance to level and producing a break of 95 to regain the lead at 5-4.

The left-hander then completed the comeback with a half century (53) to reach his second ranking Semi-Final of the season.

Robertson will now face Lisowski in the second Semi-Final on Saturday after he overcame Judd Trump 6-2 to reach the Last Four of a ranking event for only the third time.

Lisowski, who was beaten 5-2 by Robertson in the final of July's Riga Masters, raced into a 3-0 lead over Trump with breaks of 73, 95 and 71.

Trump got off the mark before the interval with a break of 52 before Lisowski took the fifth frame to restore a three-frame advantage.

Trump then rallied again with a clinical break of 119, but a 57 proved insufficient in the following frame as Lisowski dealt another blow.

The world number 21 then rounded off a satisfying win with a stunning break of 106 to continue his ground-breaking season.

Mark Allen continued his ruthless vein of form in Daqing by whitewashing Ali Carter 6-0 to reach his first ranking Semi-Final since this very event last year.

Allen began the match in style with a break of 129 and produced a 70 in frame four on his way to a commanding win over the former World Open champion.

Allen will now take on Matthew Stevens on Friday after the Welshman ended a five-year wait for a ranking Semi-Final with a hard-fought 6-5 victory over Martin O'Donnell.

O'Donnell had the chance to force a black-ball shoot-out in the decider but missed a mid-range green, allowing Stevens off the hook to seal victory.

Stevens, who knocked out Ding Junhui in the last round, set his stall out in style with a break of 127 to take the opening frame.

O'Donnell then levelled before firing in a break of 74 to hit the front, and after Stevens had squared it up at two apiece, the Londoner made a 53 to edge 3-2 ahead.

A close-run sixth frame also went the way of the left-hander by 70 points 63, before Stevens ignited the comeback with successive breaks of 63 and 85.

The two-time world finalist then regained the lead for the first time since the opening frame, but only for O'Donnell to force a decider.

It was Stevens who made the early running in the final frame, forcing O'Donnell into needing a snooker, which he obtained after Stevens went in-off in an attempted escape.

O'Donnell's failure to clear the remaining colours, however, allowed Stevens back to the table to complete a dramatic victory.
