The Six Red World Championship returns to the snooker calendar after a four-year absence, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.

Thirty-two players head to Thailand for the unique invitational event, which takes place at the Thammasat University Convention Centre in Pathum Thani from March 6-11.

Playing with six red balls as opposed to the traditional 15, the players are split into eight groups of four, facing each other once over the best of nine frames with the top two advancing to the knockout stages.

Thereon, the remaining 16 players will be whittled down to two, with the winner receiving just over £100,000.

A star-studded line-up includes the likes of Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, John Higgins and Stuart Bingham, along with veterans Jimmy White and Ken Doherty.

Stephen Maguire is the defending champion having won the most recent edition of this event in 2019, beating compatriot Higgins 8-6 in the final.

The Maverick is one of four formers champions in the draw, as well as Mark Williams, Ding Junhui and Thepchaiya Un-Nooh.

Last 16 and Quarter-Final matches will be contested over the best of 11 frames, while the Semi-Finals are best of 13 and the final best of 15.
