The 2024 World Seniors Championship takes place at The Crucible, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The 15th edition of the tournament features 16 players aged over 40 competing at the sport’s spiritual home in Sheffield.
This year’s field includes two former World Champions, as well as a host of former ranking event winners and qualifiers, as they compete for the title from May 8-12.
Jimmy White is the defending champion after he defeated Alfie Burden 5-3 in last year’s final to claim the crown for the fourth time.
White is the number one seed in the draw and is joined by 1997 World Champion Ken Doherty and 1986 World Champion Joe Johnson.
The likes of Tony Drago, Tony Knowles, Darren Morgan and Dechawat Poomjaeng also feature, as well as Brazil’s Igor Figueiredo and Thai legend James Wattana.
A notable change to this year’s format sees the introduction of a 30-second shot clock.
First Round and Quarter-Final matches are to be contested over the best of five frames, while Semi-Finals are best of seven and the final best of nine.
