The 2023 British Open takes place in Cheltenham, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The third ranking event of the season features 64 players competing for a total prize fund of £478,000 at the Centaur in from September 25 to October 1.
Ryan Day is the defending champion after he defeated Mark Allen 10-7 in last year’s final to claim his fourth career ranking title.
Qualifying matches were held in Leicester in August, while matches involving top 16 ranked players were held over to be played at the venue in Cheltenham.
Reigning World Champion Luca Brecel heads this year’s line-up and has the opportunity to become world number one for the first time following the withdrawal of Ronnie O’Sullivan.
Mark Williams, the 2021 British Open champion, also features alongside the likes of Judd Trump, John Higgins, Mark Selby, Neil Robertson and Mark Allen.
Other notable names in action include Ding Junhui, Kyren Wilson, Shaun Murphy, Jack Lisowski and Barry Hawkins.
The draw will be randomised after each round, with the winner securing a place in the Champion of Champions.
All matches prior to the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of seven frames, with Quarter-Finals best of nine, Semi-Finals best of 11 and the final best of 19.
