Top eight stars Mark Allen, Kyren Wilson and Shaun Murphy will also have their sights set on becoming the first player to lift major silverware this season.
All matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of nine frames, with Semi-Finals best of 11 and the final best of 17.
