World Mixed Doubles 2022 | Draw, Live Scores and Schedule of Play
The inaugural World Mixed Doubles takes place in Milton Keynes in 2022, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The tournament will see the world’s top four men – Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, Mark Selby and Neil Robertson – each paired with one of the world’s top four women – Reanne Evans, Ng On Yee, Nutcharut Wongharuthai and Rebecca Kenna.
O’Sullivan is the reigning and seven-time World Champion, while Evans has claimed the Women’s world title on a record 12 occasions.
Mink Nutcharut is the reigning Women’s World Champion and has been paired with 23-time ranking event winner Robertson – who claimed the Players Championship and Tour Championship titles last season.
Trump has picked up 23 ranking titles and was runner-up in this year’s World Championship, and he partners Hong Kong’s On-Yee – a three-time Women’s World Champion and current main tour professional.
Meanwhile, four-time World Champion Selby links up with four-time Women’s World Championship semi-finalist Kenna.
The invitational event will take place from Saturday September 24-25 at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes and will feature a group format followed by a final.
The four pairs will face off in a round-robin format (best of four frames) for the right to progress to the final.
Teams will register one point for each frame won. At the conclusion of the group phase, the top two teams will advance to the final, which will also be contested over the best of seven frames.
The two players in a team will make alternate visits to the table, as opposed to alternate shots.
Players are ranked by most points, most frames won and least frames lost, in that order. If that remains equal then the result of the match between the players in question will determine the placings.
