World Seniors Snooker Championship 2026 | Draw, Live Scores, Results and Schedule of Play
The Crucible remains centre stage for the 2026 World Seniors Championship, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The 17th edition of the tournament features 24 players aged over 40 competing at the sport’s spiritual home in Sheffield, just days after the conclusion of a thrilling World Championship.
Seven-time World champion Ronnie O’Sullivan – appearing in the event for the first time – headlines this year’s field includes a host of former ranking event winners and qualifiers, as they battle it out for the title from May 6-10.
Alfie Burden was the defending champion after he defeated 2018 winner Aaron Canavan 8-4 in last year’s final, but he was beaten 4-0 in his opening match by 2024 victor Igor Figueiredo.
With main-tour professionals now invited to compete, O’Sullivan makes his bow, alongside fellow former World professional champion Stuart Bingham, and former finalists Ali Carter and Matthew Stevens.
Four-time World Seniors champion Jimmy White’s quest for title number five was ended by Robert Milkins, while Joe Perry looks to add to the British Seniors Open title he won in December.
Canavan, Peter Lines and Nigel Bond are the other former winners in this year’s draw, while they are joined by the likes of two-time finalist Ken Doherty, who is aiming to finally get over the line.
All matches up to the quarter-finals are to be contested over the best of seven frames, while Semi-Finals are best of 13 and the final best of 19.
