World Seniors Snooker Championship 2025 | Draw, Results and Schedule of Play
The 2025 World Seniors Championship takes place at The Crucible, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The 16th edition of the tournament features 16 players aged over 40 competing at the sport’s spiritual home in Sheffield, just days after the conclusion of a thrilling World Championship.
This year’s field includes a host of former ranking event winners and qualifiers, as they battle it out for the title from May 7-11.
Igor Figueredo is the defending champion after he defeated Ken Doherty 5-2 in last year’s final to claim the crown for the first time.
Brazil’s Figueredo and 1997 World Champion Doherty are joined by four-time World Seniors Champion Jimmy White and 2018 champion Aaron Canavan.
Having recently announced their retirement from professional snooker, former Welsh Open champion Joe Perry and former Shanghai Masters champion Dominic Dale make their debut in the event.
Two-time ranking event winner Tony Knowles, last year’s semi-finalist Tony Drago and former main tour professionals Craig Steadman, Alfie Burden and Gerard Greene also feature.
First Round and Quarter-Final matches are to be contested over the best of seven frames, while Semi-Finals are best of 11 and the final best of 15.
