Championship League Snooker returns to Leicester in 2025, and a live stream is available for all matches online.
The sixth staging of the ranking edition of the event, which runs from June 30 to July 23, will see 128 players compete across three stages at the Mattioli Arena.
All players are divided into 32 groups of four. The 32 players that top the group tables qualify for the group winners’ stage, consisting of eight groups of four players.
The eight winners from the group winners’ stage then qualify for the two final groups. The overall winner takes the £33,000 title and a place at the Champion of Champions later this year.
Ali Carter is the defending champion, having defeated Jackson Page 3-1 in last year’s final.
Carter is joined by 2023 champion Shaun Murphy and 2021 victor David Gilbert, along with three former winners of the invitational edition in Stuart Bingham, Matthew Stevens and Scott Donaldson.
Along with Murphy, Si Jiahui, Barry Hawkins, Zhang Anda and Chris Wakelin comprise the top-16 contingent, but the likes of Judd Trump, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Mark Selby, John Higgins, Mark Williams and World champion Zhao Xintong have opted not to participate.
The groups are contested over a round-robin format, with all matches played as best of four frames, with three points awarded for a win and one point for a draw.
A live stream from both tables will be available on laptop, mobile and tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.
