World number one Judd Trump is bidding to land his sixth ranking title of the season, while second seed Mark Selby is eyeing his third ranking silverware of the campaign.
UK Champion Neil Robertson and Players Championship winner John Higgins also feature in the star-studded line-up, alongside World Championship finalist Kyren Wilson.
Barry Hawkins and Jack Lisowski are making their debuts in this year’s Tour Championship.
There is a further £100,000 bonus up for grabs for the winner of the Cazoo Cup – comprising of prize money won in the World Grand Prix, Players Championship and Tour Championship this season.
