The prestigious major tournament will feature snooker’s elite eight competing for the £150,000 top prize at Venue Cymru in Llandudno.
It is the 15th and penultimate ranking event of the season, preceding the World Championship in April.
Neil Robertson is the defending champion after he defeated Ronnie O’Sullivan 10-4 in last year’s final at Celtic Manor.
O’Sullivan, the 2019 champion, returns to action as the new world number one, while recent Turkish Masters champion Judd Trump aims to get his hands on this trophy for the first time.
Multiple World Champions John Higgins and Mark Williams also feature, alongside Northern Ireland Open champion Mark Allen.
Debutants include reigning UK Champion and German Masters winner Zhao Xintong and Scottish Open champion Luca Brecel.
There is a further £100,000 bonus up for grabs for the winner of the Cazoo Series – comprising of prize money won in the World Grand Prix, Players Championship and Tour Championship this season.
The Tour Championship takes place from March 28 to April 3, with all matches to be contested over the best of 19 frames.
