Masters Snooker returns to Alexandra Palace in 2026, and we’ve selected our best betting tips for each day.
The 51st staging of the sport’s most prestigious invitational tournament sees the world’s top 16 ranked players competing from January 11-18 for a record £1m in prize money and the iconic Paul Hunter Trophy.
An ever-present on the snooker calendar since 1975, the Masters has provided some of the most iconic moments in the sport’s history and continues to attract sell-out crowds in the capital.
Shaun Murphy is the reigning champion after he defeated Kyren Wilson 10-7 in last year’s final to land the crown for a second time.
The Magician is joined in this year’s draw by fellow two-time winners Judd Trump, John Higgins, Mark Williams and Neil Robertson, as well as three-time champion Mark Selby.
Ding Junhui, who is one of a record five Chinese players at this year’s event, and Mark Allen are the other two former winners in the draw, having lifted the trophy in 2011 and 2018 respectively.
However, eight-time victor Ronnie O’Sullivan withdrew on the eve of the tournament for medical reasons, and was replaced by Chris Wakelin.
Kyren Wilson and Barry Hawkins – both two-time Masters finalists – are aiming to make it third time lucky this year and add their name to the roll of honour, as will be reigning World champion Zhao Xintong.
Gary Wilson and Si Jiahui are seeking their first match wins at the tournament, while the two debutants this year are Wu Yize and Xiao Guodong.
