The 900 returns for Season Two in 2023, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.

The quick-fire amateur tournament will feature 96 players competing in a one-frame shoot-out over eight weeks.

The event, which takes place at the Crucible Sports & Social Club in Reading from September 18 onwards, features a top prize of £10,000.

Each frame is timed at 15 minutes, including a 20-second shot clock and ball in-hand for fouls, with balls required to either be potted or hit a cushion.

Eight players will first participate on a Monday, with the four semi-finalists advancing to Wednesday’s final rounds.

An additional four players enter the fray for a second mini event on a Tuesday alongside Monday’s four losers, with the semi-finalists again progressing to Wednesday.

On Wednesday, a weekly winner will be crowned, securing a £2,000 bonus, with these eight weekly winners eventually battling for the overall title in the Grand Finals.

In a change to last year’s inaugural 900, which was won by Ant Parsons, Season Two will feature a live crowd and players from 15 countries.

The field includes former World Champions Dennis Taylor and Joe Johnson, ex-pros including Tony Drago, Michael Holt, Nigel Bond, Rory McLeod, Robin Hull and Ng On Yee and pool star Jayson Shaw.

Each night’s action gets under way from 10pm UK time.
