The top 16 players on the one-year ranking list do battle at the 2024 Players Championship, and a live stream is available for all matches.
The tournament takes place at the Telford International Centre from February 19-24 and is the 14th ranking event of the season.
The seedings are solely based on the one-year ranking list up to and including last week’s Welsh Open.
Shaun Murphy claimed the title in 2023 courtesy of a 10-4 victory over Ali Carter in the final, but ‘The Magician’ will not be on hand to defend the title after failing to qualify for this year’s event.
Murphy joins the likes of Luca Brecel, Neil Robertson, Kyren Wilson and Jack Lisowski in missing out on this year’s Players Championship.
Two-time champion Judd Trump is the number one seed and is joined in a star-studded field by former champions Ronnie O’Sullivan and John Higgins.
Newly-crowned Welsh Open champion Gary Wilson makes a swift return to action, alongside the likes of Mark Williams, Mark Selby, Ding Junhui and Mark Allen.
The Players Championship is the second part of this season’s Players Series, with the top eight players from the one-year list qualifying for next month’s lucrative Tour Championship.
A live stream of both tables will be available to watch on laptop, mobile and tablet devices in the UK and various other regions worldwide.
