Players Championship

The Players Championship is a major ranking tournament held in Southport.

The 2020 Players Championship takes place from February 24 to March 1 and features the top 16 players from the one-year ranking list.

It will be the 16th ranking event of the season and the first event in this year’s Coral Cup series.

The tournament offers a total prize fund of £385,000 and was won in 2019 by Ronnie O’Sullivan.

O’Sullivan defeated Neil Robertson 10-4 in the final and won the title with his 1,000th career century break.
